Zite Manager was initially designed and created in Cox’s Bazar to manage the high volume of community feedback being collected by IOM Site Management across its Area of Responsibility. In the Rohingya response in Cox’s Bazar, IOM is responsible for camp management in roughly half of the displacement camps and using Zite Manager as the largest operational referral mechanism within the response. IOM Communication with Communities also collectively led on the development of CFM (Complaints and Feedback Mechanism) standards and harmonized referral pathways with major response partners for all types of community feedback. Today, IOM continues its collaboration with the wider response as an active participant in the Common Feedback Platform (CFP)—a shared, combined output to report on community feedback from all AoRs. IOM’s Common Accountability Platform is jointly implemented by its CCCM partners, DRC (Danish Refugee Council) and Care Bangladesh.
