IOM began piloting the Zite Manager Common Accountability Platform in August 2022 to replace the Kobo based form. Since then, IOM introduced the tool in over 30 sites where it conducts CCCM operations with over 40 community feedback field workers called Activistas.

Today in northern Mozambique IOM is responsible for camp management in 75 percentage of the displacement sites with CCCM presence and intends to expand coverage to additional 20 sites and bring on new CCCM actors.

As the first actor to set up the CFM at site level, IOM continues contributing within the cluster in improving the mechanism, updating SOPs and referral pathways.
