SOMALIA

In Somalia, the CCCM actors adopted Zite Manager in 2022. IOM began pilotting the tool in December 2022 with further plans for expansion among agencies, districts and partners in the response. In 2025, actors will be pilotting new functionality for service mapping and site monitoring with the hopes of transitioning fully to Zite Manager by the end of the year. Across the response, CCCM actors conduct CFM activities in over 1,000 IDP sites and are collecting roughly 2,500 pieces of feedback on a monthly basis.
