SOMALIA

In Somalia, the CCCM cluster has begun adoption of the Zite Manager Common Accountability Platform as a standard response tool. IOM began pilotting the tool in December 2022 with further plans for expansion among agencies, districts and partners in the response. The tool is intended to replace the current ODK/Kobo based CFM that is used as a reporting tool across the response. Across the response, CCCM actors conduct CFM activities in over 1,000 IDP sites and are collecting roughly 2,500 pieces of feedback on a monthly basis.
