IOM Yemen CCCM unit provides site management and coordination support in 86 sites in Yemen, serving more than 185,046 individuals across four governorates: Marib, Al Hodeidah, Taizz, and Ibb. The CCCM program provides integrated multisectoral interventions in all its sites which include: registration of IDPs, advocacy, and referrals to improve humanitarian assistance, site care and maintenance, emergency response and risk reduction activities, awareness raising, HLP, community mobilization, and community-led initiatives and projects. CCCM ensures the participation and representation of all community groups through setting up and supporting community committees as well as establishing communication channels to disseminate information and receive complaints and feedback. It has also invested in building the capacity of its stakeholders, including national and local authorities, partners, and community structures.
